Jim Bradshaw

CEO & Chairman

As Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Global Convergence, Inc. Jim Bradshaw is focused on the long term planning and strategic direction of the company. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Jim founded Network Dynamics (a Global Convergence Company) in 1994. Prior to starting NDI, Jim was a corporate officer and General Manager with TechForce Corporation, a public company that successfully built a nationwide lifecycle services practice to plan, implement and manage mission-critical network environments. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing as well as a Master’s degree in Finance.

Vic Berggren

CTO & Global IT Systems

Prior to joining GCI, Mr. Berggren worked as a software developer for Interlink Communication Systems where he held the titles of Web Developer, Senior Systems Developer, IT Director and CIO. As a .Net/SQL Server programmer, Vic is passionate about technologies in the database or web server stack. An early pioneer in e-commerce, Mr. Berggren helped deploy the first fully ERP and CRM integrated e-commerce system in the Technology Distributor community where his team received the Pinnacle Award for Innovation from Great Plains Dynamics. Today he serves as CTO and is responsible for the IT portfolio and setting the technology vision for all Global Convergence Companies. He is Microsoft Certified, attended St. Petersburg College and is an active member of the Computing Technology Industry Association and the Microsoft IT Advisory Council.

Peter Cammick

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Cammick is responsible for leading GCI’s global finance and accounting functions. Mr. Cammick has been in technology for over 30 years and has extensive experience providing customized IT solutions to hundreds of diverse customers from all market sectors. He currently sits on GCI’s Boards of Directors. Prior to GCI, Mr. Cammick was the Founder and COO of Myriad Network Service, Inc. He was also Vice President Worldwide Customer Support at Ascom Timeplex, Inc., Director of Business Planning at Computervision Corporation and a Divisional Business Manager for GTE Corporation. Mr. Cammick holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from The University of Tampa.

As Chief Sales Officer, Mike Rowland manages the executive relationships between Global Convergence, and our customers across our global services delivery practice.

Vykki Del Valle

Vykki Del Valle joined GCI with years of HR management success in developing strategic partnerships, improving organizational productivity, culture and performance by aligning HR initiatives with corporate strategic goals.

Vykki is a results driven leader with a reputation for driving positive business results through thoughtful HR leadership that ensures success in leadership development, talent management and more. A former principal consultant at human resources consulting firm, Confiar, En, LLC,  Ms. Del Valle brings a wealth of expertise and skills to GCI where, as Chief People Officer she is responsible for strategic planning, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits administration and all HR-related functions within the organization.

John Keenan

Executive VP Service Strategy & Architecture

As Global Convergence, Inc.’s lead technology and services strategist, John is responsible for bringing ITIL based managed services and solutions to our customers across a range of IT technologies. With over 30 years of networking and IT experience that includes Wireless WAN and RF Design, Installation and Post-Installation Support, Maintenance Programs, Security and Network Design, John leverages his expertise to support customers with innovative service programs, technologies, network consulting and IT services. As a member of the Global Convergence leadership team, he works across key functional areas of the organization to align our service delivery with the needs of our global customer base.

Prior to joining GCI, John was Vice President of Sales & Services at AllTech Data Systems. At Techforce, John served as Vice President and General Manager for Network Integration Services. While at Forsythe Solutions, he helped pioneering efforts to combine network services and leasing to provide customers with superior financial alternatives for technology consumption. John has held various sales, technical consulting and management roles with Paradyne, Timeplex and Burroughs Corporation, where he began his career.

John has a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University where he graduated with honors.

Jim Blackman

Senior Vice President, Strategic Sales

Mr. Blackman is responsible for leading the GCI Financial Vertical sales team. With over 25 years of experience in technology sales, Mr. Blackman excels in managing strong partner relationships including JP Morgan Chase for 18 years and the City of Columbus. Mr. Blackman was one of the founding partners of the Company and currently sits on its Board of Directors. Prior to GCI, Mr. Blackman was Vice President of Sales at TechForce. He also served in various sales roles at AT&T Paradyne, Digital Equipment Corp and Xerox. Mr. Blackman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Syracuse University.

Rick Lewis

Senior VP North American Sales

With an exceptional understanding of how to sell in today’s competitive environment, Mr. Lewis has successfully led sales organizations to penetrate large multi-national enterprise customers. He excels in building extensive relationships with clients across departments and throughout the management hierarchy. His breadth of industry knowledge has allowed him to be a key contributor to the CEO’s Visioneering Team. Mr. Lewis is integral in driving strategic partnerships, most notably the service supply chain joint venture with Flash Global. Additionally, key strategic partnerships with GCI’s most strategic service partners and vendors. Mr. Lewis’ prior experience includes leadership roles at TechForce Corporation, AT&T Paradyne, Tektronix and E.R. Squibb. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Management from Northeastern University in Boston.

Yan Emery

Vice President Vendor Management

As the Vice President of Vendor Management, Yan is responsible for maintaining and growing all of GCI’s OEM relationships across all sales units. Vendor Management also includes the practice of recruiting and evangelizing innovative OEMs through GCI’s customer base, adding value both to GCI’s OEM partners and for its customer. Prior to this position, Yan had served as GCI’s Director of EMEA Revenue Management in the UK, as Director of Global Governance in Romania and most recently as Vice President of Inside Sales and Sales Operation. Yan graduated from the Université de Lausanne (Switzerland) with a Bachelor in Finance and holds a Master in Political Science from the University of Geneva. Yan speaks four languages including English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Jean-Marc Fournier

As Director of Services Sales in EMEA, Jean-Marc is mainly responsible for leading the International Services sales across Continental Europe and Africa and runs the local French entity. Jean-Marc has been in technology sales and marketing for over 25 years. Jean-Marc joined GCI in 2014. Prior to GCI, Jean-Marc was International Business Development Director at NextiraOne HQ. He also served in various Business Development & Marketing roles at Alcatel-Lucent, and sales role at Thomson. Jean-Marc holds a MBA degree from EM Lyon.

Wanda Dall’Oglio

Regional Director LATAM

As Regional Director in LATAM, Wanda Dall’Oglio is mainly responsible for leading International Sales across Latin America with special responsibility for key strategic accounts as Regional Account Manager, and she also assists with the operations of the Legal Entities in the LATAM region. With over 20 years of experience in International Business and Tax Law, Wanda Dall’Oglio joined GCI in 2017 and worked to establish the Company in LATAM. Prior to GCI, she was Business Development Director at Core Value, managing new business with large, multinational accounts. She also has experience Managing International Business in Portugal and Spain. She is a Brazilian lawyer who holds an MBA degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Spain and other specializations in renowned universities.

Garrett Bullock

Vice President Global Service Delivery Operations

Garrett Bullock, Vice President of Global Service Delivery Operations, joined GCI in 2013 after spending nearly a decade employed at JPMorgan Chase where he was also a consumer of GCI’s technical service offerings. Over the past 20 years, Garrett and his teams have developed plans for large-scale global rollouts consisting of complex voice and data network solutions and delivered them for Fortune 100 Insurance, Financial and Pharmaceutical customers. Aside from his passion for enterprise technology, he is also skilled in building strong team environments and fostering open communications amongst themselves and to his customers alike. Garrett takes great pride and ownership in leading teams of technology experts around the globe delivering world class services with a focus on quality. He is a highly motivated and dedicated leader offering creative problem solving and outstanding customer service.

Al Samsel

Vice President Global Project Management Operations

As Vice President of Project Management operations at Global Convergence Inc. for North America, Al is responsible for directing the company’s global project management practice leadership in building and maintaining solid program and project methodologies in support of GCI’s domestic and international clients.
Al joined Network Dynamics in 2007 and brings over 20 years of experience in the data communications and telecommunications service industry. Over the course of his career, Al has gained extensive customer service, service operations and project experience in an international business environment. Prior to joining NDI, a Global Convergence Company, Al was the Director of Service Operations at Vital Network Services over US and UK Managed Services and Project Management Offices. Between 1996 and 2000, Al was instrumental in the creation and development of the Vital PMO. Al has held various senior project, program and operations management positions with General Data Comm.

Adrian Betiu

Global Service Operations, EMEA

As director for the EMEA based global service operations team, Adrian is responsible for coordinating the Operations and Service Desk teams based in EMEA. Part of his role is to develop a strong team that delivers customer satisfaction while also building long lasting relationships with the customer’s representatives. Adrian joined GCI in 2015 as the result of the acquisition of FCS Global where he held a leadership role as an Executive Director. Adrian has a bachelor degree in Computer Science in Industry.

Iman Sajedinia

Regional Director ASPAC

As Regional Director of ASPAC, Iman is mainly responsible for leading International Services and Sales across the region and he also manages key strategic accounts for GCI in Asia.

With over 14 years of commercial experience in the Telecom and IT industry, Iman Sajedinia has held number of key managerial roles within GCI since 2014, including Director of Service Delivery in EMEA/ASPAC, Director of Global Partner Management, and Director of International PMO.

Iman graduated from Royal Holloway University of London with a Bachelor in Computer Science & Computer Architecture and Design, and has continued to develop his project management skills by becoming certified as PRINCE2 Practitioner back in 2013.

Director – Information Technology
Cary has over 25 years of technical and business experience in information technology, finance, operations, and administration in mid to enterprise level companies including VP of IT/Information Officer for ditech.com/GMAC and Group Vice-President of IT at Fifth Third Bank. During his career he has managed multiple enterprise implementations, conversions, integrations, strategy, and turn around initiatives, leading teams as large as several hundred across multiple technology and line of business disciplines. Cary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance from the University of South Florida.

Kristiaan Gaines

Controller

In her role as GCI Controller, Kristiaan Gaines is responsible for managing the company’s financial and treasury systems and practices. Kristiaan brings an extensive background in financial and international experience to this role. Prior to joining GCI, Kristiaan served as Corporate Accounting Manager where she provided oversight to the corporate accounting processes for the Intermodal and Energy business segments of a very large transportation and logistics company. Her experience with process re-engineering, optimization, and automation is invaluable to GCI as we continue our rapid expansion as the premier global services company.

Kristiaan holds her CPA certification as well as a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama.

As the Director of Marketing at Global Convergence, Inc., Ann brings over 30 years of experience including Marketing Communications, Channel Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Technical Writing, Event Management and Marketing Automation Platforms. Ann holds a Master of Arts Degree in Advertising from Michigan State University.
